This event highlights the rider with great bike handling skills. Come experience what "old school" downhill was like before the advent of suspension technologies. The course favors a fit rider, as well as one who knows how to ride a bike. We added some new features in the course to level out the playing field for the folks with bigger bikes. If you can do the drop offs we built, you can gain time. Please don't try and launch them on your XC race bike-- they weren't built for that purpose. We are awarding points in your respective catagories for XC and downhill. Don't miss an opportunity to score valuable series points. There will be gold, silver and bronze medals available to the top three, Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3, and Pro catagory winners for male and female, Overall. Otherwise, there is POINTS for the top ten in each age group class for DH & XC series.Dont wait til race day---YOU MUST HAVE A ANNUAL LICENSE TO BE IDAHO STATE CHAMPION!

Camping is available at the resort!! There are hotsprings nearby and places to eat within minutes. Please bring everything you need to camp...especially marshmallows for the Smores you will make and then share with the staff. Hope to see you there. If you are not downhilling on Sunday, check out Goose Creek Falls trail (stumps,jumps and thrills), near the resort. Ride as a vehicle shuttle or full loop on the bike.
